Ensure the kit is complete with all threads, needles, and patterns; items must be in their original, unopened plastic seal to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned kit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
